At MySignature Perfumery, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances safely and on time across India.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

We offer shipping across India, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. MySignature Perfumery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

In case of delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to assist you, but we are not liable for such delays.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or unboxing video), and we will assist you accordingly.
