Return and refund policy

At MySignature Perfumery, we strive to deliver premium quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfumes, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with proper proof such as unboxing video or images.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preference, or subjective dislike of scent.
